Journey from Broome to Beagle Bay, in air conditioned comfort. Along the way learn about the natural boundaries that define language groups as you pass through Country. Upon arrival in Nyul Nyul Country, Robert will welcome you in language to his Country and share his family history, their connection to Beagle Bay and their involvement in building the mission.
Robert Dann is a Nyul Nyul man, his ancestral tribe is from the Beagle Bay region and, as a Traditional Owner of the Winawul Country – the Sandy Point area of Beagle Bay, he is highly regarded and respected in his community.

Tour Duration
The Beagle Bay Tour runs for a duration of 5 hours from 0800-1300 (approximately).
What to Bring
Water bottle, sun protection (hat, sunscreen & long sleeved clothing), camera & comfortable shoes.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided on tour, including products made using traditional bush foods!
Pickup & Drop Off
Pick up from you designated location will be between 7:00-8:00AM. When you complete your booking, confirmation of an estimated pickup time will be emailed to you. Drop off to your designated location will be included post tour.

Visit the Sacred Heart Church, reknowned for its beautiful pearl shell encrusted altar. Learn about the Aboriginal shell carvers who created the intricate pearl shell artworks and shell mosaic floor. Explore the old lemonade factory, the surrounding freshwater springs and learn about some of the local bushfoods and medicine plants.
Enjoy light refreshments made using traditional bush foods including Robbie’s own Boab Ginger Beer and Boab Iced Tea before departing back to Broome.
